Latest CD from these best-selling artists--their first album together! Gods & Goddesses sonically conveys the sweetness of love between Indian deities Radha and Krishna, expressing the yearnings of the soul to celebrate their love. Indian saints and seers know the divine as the supremely beautiful feminine and masculine divinities of Radha and Krishna. Between them is love in its fullest embodiment. Forever beckoning souls through their divine love call, they extend their infinite hearts to all. The entwined female and male voices of Pia and John Richardson draw the listener into a trance of sweetness and longing for the divine. Lyrics included in CD packaging.

REVIEWS

" 'Let me preface by saying that this is NOT the kind of music I normally listen to. I have been raised on rock & roll but I occasionally like to experiment. Nothing could have prepared me for the spiritual uplift I would receive from this album. I heard "Sri Radhika Stava - Rupa Goswami" played on Sirius radio and was blown away. I could not believe the emotions that the song pulled out of me. I read that the song "...conveys the sweetness of love between Indian deities Radha and Krishna, expressing the yearnings of the soul to celebrate their love." You don't need to know what the words mean to feel this through the music. The male/female lyrics intertwine seamlessly and the string arrangements are nothing less than breathtaking. "Temple of Jewels" is a very beautifully arranged song with a call-and-response between the male and female vocals that creates a trance-like quality. The blend of vocals with violins and harps(?) has you floating above the clouds. "Midnight Rain" is just as beautiful. Pia's crystal clear voice really shines in this song. Again, with the arrangement of flute, piano, strings and (yes!) harmonica, your mind will drift a million miles from your body. Close your eyes and drink it all in.' " - Len, CT
